Mauna Kea Technologies SA said its CEO Sacha Loiseau will step down from the post and become chairman of the board.
The Paris-based medical device maker appointed Robert Gershon as its new CEO.
Gershon, who has been serving as an adviser to Mauna Kea for several months, previously served as CEO of Bovie Medical Corp.
Meanwhile, current chairman Christopher McFadden will continue to serve on the company's board after Loiseau's transition to the post.
The company also named its CFO Christophe Lamboeuf as deputy managing director, adding that director Jean-Luc Boulnois resigned from the board.
All the executive and board changes will become effective Oct. 22.
