In Pennsylvania, Duncansville-based Altoona Regional Health System FCU merged with Johnstown-based HealthCare First Credit Union, effective April 1, according to a May newsletter.

The combined credit union will operate as HealthCare First CU.

As of March 31, Altoona Regional Health System FCU has $29.2 million in assets, while HealthCare First CU has $59.4 million in assets.
