China Galaxy Securities raises 4B yuan via bond issue

China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. raised 4 billion yuan via a nonpublic issuance of corporate bonds.

The two-year bonds were priced with a coupon rate of 5.53%. The issue price was 100 yuan per unit.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used to supplement the working capital of the company.

As of Dec. 6, US$1 was equivalent to 6.62 Chinese yuan.
