Wall Street moves: Chiron CEO to join FS Investment; BGC Partners names CFO

S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a weekly rundown of selected executive management changes among the major Wall Street investment banks and other notable moves. The changes are listed by announcement date in reverse chronological order.

Dec. 20

Brokerage and financial technology company BGC Partners Inc. named Steven Bisgay as CFO, and Anthony Warner and Julian Swain will hold BGC Partner's newly created positions of co-heads of global brokerage, alongside Jean-Pierre Aubin, global head of listed products and Paris, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Bisgay will replace Sean Windeatt, who was interim CFO and who will stay in his role as COO.


U.S.-based Morgan Stanley cut about a dozen jobs in its equities division in Asia, Bloomberg News reported Dec. 20, citing people familiar with the matter.

The move is part of the company's global year-end efficiency push.

Dec. 19

Chiron Investment Management LLC CEO Enrico Gaglioti will join FS Investment Solutions LLC in a senior leadership position following the close of the transaction in which FS Investment agreed to acquire Chiron.

Ryan Caldwell, chief investment officer of Chiron, and his team will continue managing all of Chiron's funds at FS Investments.
