2 Cardinal Health directors step down

Cardinal Health Inc. said two directors are leaving the company.

Clayton Jones will forgo re-election at the company's 2018 annual meeting, during which his term will expire. He has been on the company's board since 2012.

Further, David Anderson resigned as a director to focus on his new role as CFO of Nielsen Holdings PLC.

Anderson joined the Dublin, Ohio-based healthcare supplier's board in 2014.

Neither resignation was due to a disagreement with Cardinal Health, according to an SEC filing.
