Banco Macro replaces director

Banco Macro SA tapped Delfín Federico Ezequiel Carballo to replace Ariel Marcelo Sigal as a director on the bank's board.

Sigal had resigned at the end of 2016.

Carballo had been tapped to be vice chairman and an alternate director on Banco Macro's board in April 2016 following a restructuring that both he and fellow shareholder Jorge Horacio Brito had proposed. That proposal came weeks after Carballo announced that he would no longer be a part of the bank's controlling shareholder group.
