Level One Bancorp files for IPO

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Level One Bancorp Inc. filed a registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed IPO.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range of the offering have yet to be determined. The proposed IPO will include common shares offered by the company and by shareholders.

The company applied to list its common stock on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "LEVL."

Raymond James & Associates Inc. and Keefe Bruyette & Woods Inc. are joint book-running managers for the offering, while Piper Jaffray & Co. is co-manager.
