ECR review supports restarting work at Argentine gold property

ECR Minerals PLC said Aug. 15 that it restarted work on the Sierra de las Minas gold property in Argentina and identified opportunities for exploration of potentially high-grade gold mineralization after a full review of the project following a visit to the site.

ECR also discovered additional license areas that could complement the existing gold-prospective ground. It stopped development at the Argentine operations earlier in 2018 to conserve cash resources.

The company also found a number of new prospects including a lithium and polymetallic high-impact exploration opportunity.
