CalAtlantic prices upsized $350M senior notes offering

CalAtlantic Group Inc. priced a $350 million offering of senior notes due June 15, 2027.

The offering, slated to close June 9, was upsized from an initial target of $300 million.

Net proceeds from the offering will likely go toward land or other homebuilder acquisitions, land development, home construction, common share repurchases and debt repayment or repurchases, among other general corporate purposes.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint book-running managers.
