Costa Rica's Banco Davivienda to issue $20M of bonds

Banco Davivienda (Costa Rica) SA on Sept. 12 will issue $20.0 million of bonds, the company said in a filing.

The bonds will have a 540-day term and carry a coupon rate of 4.58824%.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to support growth in the company's commercial credit segment.

As of Sept. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 581.55 Costa Rican colones.
