Pemex taps Borr Drilling to deliver 9 offshore wells

Borr Drilling Ltd said March 15 that one of its subsidiaries, in partnership with OPEX Perforadora SA de CV, was tapped by Petróleos Mexicanos SA de CV for the delivery of nine offshore wells in Mexico.

Under the 18-month contract, the scope of services includes the deployment of two new build jack-up rigs called Grid and Gersemi. The rigs will start work midyear.
