Oman's Bank Muscat issues US$500M in fixed-rate notes

Oman-based Bank Muscat SAOG has closed a five-year US$500 million bond issuance under its euro medium-term note program.

The bonds, which carry a coupon of 4.875%, will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The bank said the issuance garnered a strong response from regional and international investors and was more than 2x oversubscribed.
