Fibra Macquarie updates FY'18 guidance

Industrial real estate investment trust Fibra Macquarie México revised its full-year 2018 outlook on adjusted funds from operations to between 2.28 Mexican pesos and 2.33 pesos per certificate, from 2.19 pesos and 2.24 pesos.

At the same time, it projected to pay a distribution of 1.60 pesos per certificate during the 12 months ending Dec. 31, with 41 centavos per certificate paid each for the third and fourth quarters.

Fibra last paid per-certificate distribution worth 39 centavos on May 10.

As of July 26, US$1 was equivalent to 18.62 Mexican pesos.
