U.S. residential and commercial services provider ServiceMaster Global Holdings Inc. has acquired Swedish pest control company Nomor Holding AB for approximately $200 million from Nordic private equity firm Norvestor Equity AS, according to a Sept. 9 release.

Nomor is the fourth-largest pest control company in Europe, with operations in Sweden and Norway. The company offers a range of pest control and hygiene services, including preventative pest measures, food safety services, inspection and sanitation of mold and fungi.

Following the deal, Nomor's management team will remain and will report to ServiceMaster's senior vice president of strategy and international operations, Dion Persson.

Foros, McDermott Will & Emery, Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyra of Sweden and Advokatfirmaet Thommessen of Norway advised ServiceMaster in the transaction, while Nomor was advised by The Potomac Co., Norway's ABG Sundal Collier and Sweden's Törngren Magnell.
