Arsenal Capital adds Seal for Life Industries to portfolio

Middle-market private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners Inc. purchased Seal for Life Industries LLC for $328 million.

Berry Global Group Inc. sold the company, which provides corrosion prevention, waterproofing and insulation products through its Anodeflex, Stopaq, Polyken, Covalence, Powercrete and other complementary brands.

Seal for Life will serve as the coating solutions platform for Arsenal, which invests in specialty industrials and healthcare companies.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC was financial adviser to Berry. William Blair & Co. was financial adviser to Arsenal, and Jones Day was its legal adviser.
