Toll Brothers unit kicks off additional offering of 4.875% senior notes

Toll Brothers Inc. unit Toll Brothers Finance Corp. launched an offering of an undisclosed amount of its 4.875% senior notes due March 15, 2027, as an add-on to its existing offering of $300 million of the notes.

Interest on the notes will be payable semiannually in arrears every March 15 and Sept. 15, starting Sept. 15.

The company expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are acting as representatives of the several underwriters, while PNC Capital Markets LLC is serving as the lead manager.
