Online Brands Nordic Q3 loss narrows YOY

Online Brands Nordic AB said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to a loss of 91,250 kronor, compared with a loss of 180,630 kronor in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

The normalized profit margin rose to negative 1.5% from negative 4.0% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue increased 31.7% on an annual basis to 5.9 million kronor from 4.5 million kronor, and total operating expenses increased 26.5% on an annual basis to 6.0 million kronor from 4.8 million kronor.

Reported net income totaled a loss of 194,000 kronor, or a loss of 1 öre per share, compared to a loss of 289,000 kronor, or a loss of 2 öre per share, in the prior-year period.

As of Nov. 10, US$1 was equivalent to 9.11 Swedish kronor.
