CBRE Group unit lands €400M term-loan facility

A unit of global commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE Group Inc. entered into an incremental term-loan assumption agreement providing for a new €400.0 million facility due Dec. 20, 2023.

The new term loans bear interest at a rate equal to 0.75% and a reserve-adjusted Euro interbank offered rate determined by the European Money Market Institute.

Wells Fargo Bank NA, National Westminster Bank PLC, Bank of America NA, HSBC Bank USA NA, JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and MUFG Bank Ltd. are the lenders.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC and National Westminster Bank are the joint book runners and joint lead arrangers, while Credit Suisse AG is the administrative agent.
