S&P withdraws Mirvac ratings

S&P Global Ratings has withdrawn its BBB+ long-term issuer and issue credit ratings on Mirvac Group.

The rating agency said it withdrew the ratings at the request of the Australian diversified real estate company and noted its positive outlook for the company at the time of the withdrawal.

Mirvac ended its commercial relationship with S&P Global Ratings in December 2018.
