Noble Energy appoints former Sempra exec as board member

Noble Energy Inc. named Martha Wyrsch a member of its board of directors, effective Dec. 11.

Wyrsch was appointed to the corporate governance and nominating committee and the audit committee of the board, according to a Dec. 12 news release. She previously served as the executive vice president and general counsel of energy infrastructure company Sempra Energy.

Noble Energy explores for and produces oil and natural gas and owns midstream infrastructure assets in the DJ and Delaware basins.
