Ji Gang is set to retire as chairman, president and an executive director of Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Ltd., while Yang Jianwei will retire as an executive director.

Ji will also retire from directorship and executive positions at all company subsidiaries, according to a filing.

The property investment company said changes will take place at the conclusion of its annual general meeting to be held May 23.
