Australia's QV Equities hikes final dividend YOY for fiscal 2018

Australia's QV Equities Ltd. raised its final dividend for the fiscal year ended June 30.

The company's board declared a fully franked final dividend of 2.1 Australian cents per share, up from 2 cents in the prior-year period, according to a Sept. 10 release.

QV Equities also declared a special dividend of 1 cent per share for the period.

Along with an interim dividend of 2.1 cents per share, the company's total dividend for the fiscal year was 5.2 cents per share, up from 4 cents a year earlier.

The final dividend is payable Oct. 31 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 2.
