U.S.-based Bank of America Corp. appointed James Robertson and Peter Luck co-heads of U.K. investment banking, Reuters reported, citing a memo detailing the newly created roles.
Robertson joins from Swiss lender UBS Group AG, where he led the bank's U.K. advisory business, the newswire noted. Luck will undertake his new duties in addition to his role as head of BofA's corporate broking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Luck and Robertson will report to co-heads of U.K. and Ireland corporate and investment banking, Matt Cannon and Richard King, and head of EMEA investment banking, Luigi Rizzo, according to the report.
Earlier in 2019, BofA named Jack MacDonald and Tom Sheehan co-heads of global investment banking, following Diego de Giorgi's departure.
