Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank appointed Louis Goodwin and Rick Arcaro to its southern California team.

Goodwin joins as regional executive and senior vice president, while Arcaro will be team lead and senior vice president for the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.

Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First Corp. promoted Dennis Tienor to senior vice president of business banking, responsible for the central region, which includes Manitowoc, Two Rivers, Valders, Kiel and Mishicot.

GATX Corp. added Adam Stanley to its board. He serves as global chief information officer and chief digital officer at Cushman & Wakefield PLC.

Wells Fargo Asset Management Corp. named Yeng Butler head of the liquidity client group, Pensions & Investments reported.

Butler joins from State Street Global Advisors Inc., where she was senior managing director and global head of cash business.

Moody's Corp. appointed Shivani Kak head of investor relations and David Hogan interim treasurer.

Kak joins from Moodys Investors Service Inc.'s commercial team, while Hogan was an assistant corporate controller in Moody's New York office.

Additionally, global head of strategic management, Salli Schwartz, will leave Sept. 6 to pursue another opportunity.

Walker & Dunlop Inc. hired Patrick Keefe as vice president in its Boston office. He was mostly recently a director at HFF Inc., where he focused on originating commercial real estate loans as well as structuring equity.

Cowen Inc. appointed William Kartholl as director and head of exchange-traded funds trading.

He joins from J.P. Morgan, where he was executive director and head of U.S. exchange-traded funds block trading.

Pacific Investment Management Co. LLC hired Nick Granger as managing director and portfolio manager of quantitative analytics. He will join PIMCO in the first quarter of 2020.

Granger join from Man Group Ltd., where he was chief investment officer of Man AHL.

VantageScore Solutions LLC named Benjamin Tagoe senior vice president of strategic planning and alliances, effective Aug. 15.

Tagoe most recently served as vice president of consumer and community banking strategy at JPMorgan.

Regional Management Corp. Chief Credit Risk Officer Daniel Taggart will leave in the first quarter of 2020 to pursue new professional opportunities.

Taggart will continue in his role to ensure a smooth transition. The company has engaged an executive recruiting firm to conduct a search for Taggart's replacement.

Net Element Inc. director Drew Freeman resigned due to personal reasons, effective Sept. 3.

Effective on the same day, the company appointed John Wiegand to fill the vacancy. He currently serves as president of Merchant Growth Capital LLC.
