Petlife Pharmaceuticals CEO resigns; replacement named

Petlife Pharmaceuticals Inc. appointed Laura De Leon Castro as president, CEO, secretary, treasurer, CFO and board chairman after the resignation of Ralph Salvagno, effective March 22.

Salvagno's resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the company regarding its operations, policies, practices or otherwise, according to the company.

Castro has previously served as the assistant to the CEO of Gatorade Mexico from 2001 to 2003.

In addition, Vyvyan Campbell resigned as director of Petlife Pharmaceuticals, also effective March 22.

Petlife said Campbell's resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the company regarding operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
