BlackRock Inc. and L&L Holding Co. are again trying to unload a stake in their office building at 600 3rd Ave. in New York City, Real Estate Alert reported.
The Midtown Manhattan building is valued at approximately $403 million, the report noted, citing industry sources. The stake up for grabs is unknown, and a broker is yet to be selected, but the May 31 report noted that the partners hired Eastdil Secured in 2016 to market a 49% interest in the 575,000-square-foot property.
600 Third Ave. stands 42 stories high and counts L-3 Communications, Shake Shack, 3G Capital and Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch as some of its major tenants, according to L&L's website.
