Fitch withdraws ratings of Banco Português de Investimento

Fitch Ratings on Aug. 6 withdrew the ratings of Banco Português de Investimento SA, including its long- and short-term issuer default ratings of BBB/F2, following its merger into parent Banco BPI SA.

The long-term rating carried a stable outlook at the time of withdrawal. Fitch also withdrew the bank's support rating of 2.
