NMS Capital exits recruitment services provider ettain group

NMS Capital Services LLC exited recruitment services and managed services provider ettain group Inc.

Concurrently, fellow middle-market buyout firm A&M Capital Advisors LP, or Alvarez & Marsal Capital, made a majority investment in the company.

Meanwhile, ettain acquired IT and professional staffing services provider Global Employment Solutions Inc. and the commercial electronic health records consulting business of Leidos Inc., which has been carved out from its parent company and will be rebranded as ettain health.

NMS Capital also made a substantial investment in Jaflo Inc. in partnership with the vegetation management services company's management.

John Florio will continue as a significant owner of the company and will transition to the board from CEO, while Kelly Clapper will remain president. NMS Operating Executive Roxanne Bowman will join the company's board as executive chair.

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Kirkland & Ellis provided advice to A&M Capital, and Houlihan Lokey and Greenberg Traurig were advisers to NMS.
