Passco disposes of Las Vegas retail center for $59.2M

Passco Cos. LLC sold the Silver City Plaza retail center in Las Vegas for $59.2 million, REBusiness Online reported.

Regal Acquisition bought the 41,583-square-foot property at 3001 S. Las Vegas Blvd. with tenants including Ross Dress for Less, Walgreens, Denny's and 7-Eleven.

Newmark Knight Frank represented Passco in the transaction, according to the report.
