Atrium European Real Estate postpones cash tender offer for 2 series of notes

Atrium European Real Estate Ltd. postponed its cash tender offer to repurchase €350 million of its 4.000% notes due April 2020 and €500 million of its 3.625% notes due 2022 after the offer expired June 4.

According to the U.K.-based company, about €202.1 million of 2020 notes and €281.7 million of 2022 notes were validly tendered by the deadline.

The company postponed the pricing and settlement date of the notes to an undisclosed date. If the company goes ahead with the purchase of the validly tendered notes, it will announce the final acceptance amount, the purchase price and other related procedures at that time.

Deutsche Bank AG's London branch acted as the tender agent for the offering, and as a dealer manager along with HSBC Bank PLC.
