Ausmon Resources Ltd. secured a third exploration license at its Broken Hill cobalt-nickel project in New South Wales, Australia, it said May 29.
The license, granted to wholly-owned subsidiary New Base Metals Pty. Ltd., is valid for six years starting May 24.
The company will issue a total 3,571,428 fully paid ordinary shares to the vendor of New Base Metals, as part of an acquisition agreement.
The first two licenses were granted May 18.
