Petropavlovsk Plc said Feb. 16 that it will look for a new CFO after accepting the resignation of Andrey Maruta, effective April 1. Maruta will serve as a consultant to enable a smooth transfer.

The company also named Adrian Coates an independent nonexecutive director, effective immediately.

The company intends to recommend Coates to the board of IRC Ltd., in which it holds a 31.1% stake.
