First Internet Bancorp to buy back shares

Fishers, Ind.-based First Internet Bancorp's board authorized a plan to repurchase common shares for up to $10 million.

The buyback program is set to expire on Dec. 31, 2019. The share repurchase plan allows First Internet Bancorp to buy back common shares from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions.
