Inspira Financial to change name, ticker symbol

Inspira Financial Inc. will change its name to Brattle Street Investment Corp., effective at the market open Jan. 15.

The company will also change its TSX Venture Exchange ticker symbol to BRTL from LND, effective at the same time. The company said it is changing its name to reflect a "broader and improved investment strategy given the current macroeconomic landscape." It plans to look for equity or debt investment opportunities that provide oversized returns relative to risk in addition to pursuing traditional debt investment opportunities.
