Amata's board declares higher YOY interim dividend

Amata Corp. Pcl's board of directors resolved that an interim dividend of 20 Thai satang per share will be distributed from its total retained earnings of 213.4 million baht.

The per-share dividend paid out was higher than the 15 satang recorded in the year-ago period.

According to a filing, the full interim dividend amount will be paid from activities not promoted by the Board of Investment.

The dividend will be paid Sept. 8 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 30, with the list of shareholders on record to be collected by the Thai stock exchange Aug. 31.

As of Aug. 11, US$1 was equivalent to 33.23 Thai baht.
