DarioHealth closes $3M common stock, warrants offering

DarioHealth Corp. sold 3 million of its common shares at $1 apiece to five accredited investors for gross proceeds of $3 million.

The company also sold warrants to buy up to 3 million of its common shares at an exercise price of $1.25 apiece. The warrants will be exercisable after June 14, 2019, and will expire Dec. 14, 2021.

Israel-based DarioHealth operates as a digital health company that markets the Dario Smart Diabetes Management Solution — a mobile, real-time, cloud-based diabetes management solution.
