NIBC Bank
Dutch investment bank NIBC Bank NV plans to appoint Jeroen Kremers to its supervisory board, De Telegraaf reported.
The final decision will be made during an upcoming shareholders' meeting.
Kremers has been chief risk officer at The Royal Bank of Scotland NV since 2010, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
The Dutch central bank has already approved his appointment of NIBC's board, De Telegraaf added.
Georgia Capital
Georgia Capital PLC said William Huyett has resigned from the board of directors of the company and the supervisory board of investment holding firm JSC Georgia Capital, effective immediately.
Huyett served as an independent nonexecutive director of the company since February 2018, ahead of the group's demerger from BGEO Group PLC.
GLI Finance
Nicholas Wakefield was appointed as a nonexecutive director of GLI Finance Ltd., effective June 4.
Wakefield serves as an investment director for Somerston Group Ltd. and managing director of Somerston Asset Management Ltd.
