National Health Investors declares higher Q1 dividend, sets guidance for FY'18

National Health Investors Inc. declared a 5.26% hike in its quarterly dividend for the 2018 first quarter to $1.00 per common share, compared to the last quarterly dividend of 95 cents per share paid Jan. 31.

The dividends will be paid May 10 to shareholders on record March 30.

In a separate release, the healthcare real estate investment trust projected to log per-diluted-common-share normalized funds from operations in the range of $5.45 to $5.51 during 2018. National Health also set its guidance for normalized adjusted FFO from $4.99 to $5.03 per diluted common share for the 12-month term ending Dec. 31.
