Acting on the request of the Croatian government, the supervisory board of Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak appointed Tamara Perko chair of the management board, replacing Dušan Tomaševic.
Management board member Goran Filipic was also recalled from the post, while member Martina Jus retained her post on the reshuffled board, the lender said Jan. 31.
The two-member management board was appointed for a period of up to six months until the selection of new board members in line with Croatian legislation.
