BinckBank COO resigns following Saxo Bank takeover

Steven Clausing resigned as COO and a board member of BinckBank NV, effective Sept. 1, after about four years in office.

This follows the completion of Saxo Bank A/S' acquisition of a 95.14% stake in the Dutch lender. The COO's responsibilities will be temporarily assigned to CEO Vincent Germyns and Chief Financial and Risk Officer Evert-Jan Kooistra.
