Harrisburg, Pa.-based Centric Bank promoted Christopher Bickel to senior vice president and Main Line market leader. He will lead the commercial lending team at the bank's new location in Devon, Pa.
Bickel previously served as senior vice president and commercial lending officer at the Centric Financial Corp. unit.

Daniel Altobello and Peter Gallagher retired from the board Arlington Asset Investment Corp.
Altobello has been a partner of Ariston Investment Partners since October 1995, while Gallagher served as CEO of Source One Financial Services Inc. from 1994 to 1996, S&P Global Market Intelligence records show.
The Arlington Asset Investment board appointed Melinda McClure to serve as an independent director. McClure is the chairman and CEO of VisionBank.
The director moves take effect Jan. 17. The board's size will be seven directors going forward.
