777 Partners bought travel technology company Air Black Box Co. Ltd.

The Miami-based private investment firm also said it recently invested in Canadian low-cost carrier Flair Airlines Ltd. and will be relaunching the World Airways brand as the first low-cost, long-haul airline in North America.

777 Partners targets specialty finance businesses, asset originators, and financial technology and services providers.
