Columbia Threadneedle puts Zoopla HQ campus in London on market for £89M

Asset management group Columbia Threadneedle is looking to sell the freehold interest in the seven-building Courage Yard asset in London through JLL for £89 million, CoStar U.K. reported.

The office space at the 2.2-acre site in Shad Thames was pre-let to Zoopla Property Group for the property agent's global headquarters until 2031. Aside from the 67,900 square feet of office space, Courage Yard also offers 17,900 square feet of retail space and 160 apartments.

The price tag reflects a net initial yield of 5%. Courage Yard generates a total income of roughly £4.8 million per year, the news outlet said, adding that 73% of the rent is payable by ZPG PLC.
