TransUnion chairperson to retire

TransUnion Chairperson Leo Mullin will retire at the company's annual meeting of stockholders in May 2020.

As per the company's mandatory retirement guidelines, Mullin will not seek re-election at the end of his term.

Pamela Joseph, who has served as a director since 2015, was elected by the board to succeed Mullin as chairperson.
