Demire terminates executive board member

Demire Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG terminated the tenure of Ralf Kind from its executive board, with effect from Jan. 3.

Chairman Ingo Hartlief will take Kind's membership responsibilities for the time being until a replacement member is found. Kind was previously Demire's CEO and CFO.

Hartlief was appointed as chairman and member of the German property company's board recently in December 2018, for a term expiring in 2021-end. After Kind's departure from the board, Hartlief will be the only executive board member of the company.
