Freddie prices $2.25B 5-year notes

Freddie Mac priced its new 2.75% five-year USD Reference Notes security, due June 19, 2023, amounting to $2.25 billion.

The issue priced at 99.456 to yield 2.867%, 10 basis points more than the yield on five-year U.S. Treasury notes.

The issue will settle June 11.

A syndicate of dealers headed by Nomura Securities International Inc., TD Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC will offer the security for Freddie Mac.
