Advent buys entire stake in women's innerwear brand Enamor

Advent International Corp. bought a 100% stake in women's innerwear brand Enamor for a combined equity value of roughly 3.2 billion Indian rupees.

The sellers are India Alternatives Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Faering Capital and the Indian brand's promoters.

Avendus was the exclusive adviser to Enamor and its shareholders on the deal.

As of Oct. 4, US$1 was equivalent to about 70.88 Indian rupees.
