Credit Suisse Group issues S$750M in international bonds

Credit Suisse Group AG issued international bonds totaling S$750 million, Cbonds reported May 30.

The floating-rate notes carry a current coupon rate of 5.625%.

Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank, OCBC and United Overseas Bank acted as the bookrunners on the issuance.

As of May 29, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.38.
