Danske Bank issues $1.75B in 2 tranches of international bonds

Danish lender Danske Bank A/S issued $1.75 billion in two tranches of international bonds, Cbonds reported.

The first tranche comprises floating-rate notes worth $1 billion, which were sold at a 100% price.

The second tranche consists of a floating-rate notes issuance of $750 million, also sold at a price of 100%.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Danske Bank, Morgan Stanley and TD Securities acted as the book runners on both the issuances.
