BTG Pactual Colombia issued about 305.69 billion Colombian pesos of three-year ordinary bonds, La República reported.
Demand for the notes, which carry a fixed rate of 7.39%, reached 344.19 billion pesos.
The transaction reportedly represents the largest bond offering of a foreign bank in the Colombian capital market. It is also the largest ever bond offering on the Colombian stock exchange secondary market, according to the publication.
BTG Pactual Colombia is owned by Brazil-based BTG Pactual Group.
As of May 23, US$1 was equivalent to 3,374.60 Colombian pesos.
